Tadqiqot maqsadlari – mahalliy sharoitda ekinlarni etishtirish texnologiyalari va sharoitlarini kuzatish, BIOTORFni qo‘llash, biologik preparatning mahalliy o‘simliklarga ta’sirini baholash va preparatni qo‘llashning optimal texnologiyalarini aniqlash.

Sinov Mbarara shahrida joylashgan xususiy er maydonida o‘tkazildi. Iqlimi tropik. Kunduzi havo harorati taxminan +26 °C, kechasi esa +16 °C gacha pasayadi. Havo namligi yil davomida yuqori.


Tadqiqot uchun mamlakat rivojlanishi uchun strategik ahamiyatga ega bo‘lgan qishloq xo‘jaligi ekinlari tanlab olindi. Bananlar ichki iste’mol va eksport uchun asosiy oziq-ovqat mahsulotlaridan biridir. Kofe muhim eksport mahsulotidir. Makkajo‘xori asosiy don ekinidir. Bundan tashqari, tadqiqotga mandarin, apelsin, soya va boshqa qishloq xo‘jaligi ekinlari ham kiritilgan.


29-noyabr kuni bir xil o‘lchamdagi barcha kerakli ko‘chatlar ikki nusxada sotib olindi – BIOTORF eritmasi bilan ishlov beriladigan o‘simliklar va ishlov berilmaydigan nazorat o‘simliklarini keyingi taqqoslash uchun. Tuproqqa ekishdan oldin tuproqqa 10% BIOTORF eritmasi suv bilan (90%) aralashtirib ishlov berildi. Banan o‘simligining barglari ekishdan keyin tezroq va samarali ildiz otishi uchun kesib tashlandi.


Dastlabki 6 kun davomida bananlarga har kuni 1% BIOTORF eritmasi (99% suv bilan) barg orqali ishlov berildi. Keyin ishlovlar soni bosqichma-bosqich kamaytirildi – har 6 kunda bir marta. Vaqti-vaqti bilan ildiz ostiga 10% eritma – 2 litr BIOTORF bilan ishlov berildi.


Birinchi natijalar 3-kuni ko‘rindi. Ishlov berilgan va nazorat o‘simliklari orasidagi farq taxminan 5 sm ni tashkil etdi. 8-kuni nihollar o‘lchandi. BIOTORF eritmasi bilan ishlov berilgan o‘simliklarning balandligi 35-47 sm ni tashkil etdi. Nazorat (ishlov berilmagan) o‘simliklar: 14-16 sm. Ishlov berilgan o‘simliklarning balandligi nazoratnikiga nisbatan ikki-uch baravar katta bo‘ldi. O‘simlik o‘sishi 173% ni tashkil etdi.


Kofe. Dastlabki kunlarda 10% BIOTORF eritmasi bilan tuproqqa faol ishlov berildi. 8-kundagi farq: BIOTORF eritmasi bilan ishlov berilgan o‘simliklarda 4 ta yangi barg paydo bo‘ldi. Nazorat (ishlov berilmagan) o‘simliklar: barglar yo‘q edi.

Makkajo‘xori. 10% eritma bilan tuproqqa va 1% BIOTORF eritmasi bilan bargga bir xil ishlov berildi. Dastlabki 6 kun har kuni, keyin purkashlar soni kamaytirildi. Eritma bilan ishlov berilgan o‘simliklarning barglari kengligi 12-15 sm ni tashkil etdi, har bir o‘simlik balandligi oshdi va barglar boy rangga ega bo‘ldi. Nazorat (ishlov berilmagan) o‘simliklarning barglari kengligi 8-9 sm ni tashkil etdi. Shunday qilib, ishlov berilgan o‘simliklarning o‘sishi nazorat o‘simliklariga nisbatan 59% ga oshdi.

Avokado. 10% eritma bilan tuproqqa va 1% BIOTORF eritmasi bilan bargga ishlov berildi. 8-kuni dastlabki 4 barg paydo bo‘ldi. Eritma bilan ishlov berilmagan nazorat o‘simliklarida faqat kurtaklar bor edi, barglar esa yo‘q edi.

Anor. 10% eritma bilan tuproqqa va 1% BIOTORF eritmasi bilan bargga ishlov berildi. 8-kuni ko‘p miqdorda gullar paydo bo‘ldi, shuningdek, birinchi meva ham paydo bo‘ldi. Eritma bilan ishlov berilmagan nazorat o‘simliklarida: hech qanday o‘zgarish yuz bermadi.

Apelsin. 10% eritma bilan tuproqqa va 1% BIOTORF eritmasi bilan bargga ishlov berildi. 8-kuni tezlashtirilgan o‘sish kuzatildi. Yangi barglar shakllana boshladi, novdalarning uzunligi 12 sm gacha yetdi. Eritma bilan ishlov berilmagan nazorat o‘simliklarida: deyarli hech qanday o‘zgarish yo‘q edi.
