Dates: May – August 2025
Area of implementation: Kurgan Oblast
Treatment method: foliar treatment of grain crops with a 1% solution at 10‑day intervals. Frequency: 2 treatments.
Trial dates: February 12, 2026 – February 26, 2026
Trial location: Saratov Oblast, Russia.
Application method: Foliar application of a 1% BIOTORF solution on a daily basis. Number of treatments: 3.
Research objectives: restoration of cucumber plants after chemical stress; determination of the effect of BIOTORF foliar treatments on immunity and yield of greenhouse cucumbers; and acceleration of seedling development.
Upon completion of the three-treatment cycle (daily from February 12 to February 14), the following visual changes were recorded compared to the control group: a significant improvement in the condition of the treated plants was observed relative to the control, active growth of the leaf apparatus began, and the appearance of a greater number of ovaries was recorded. Importantly, cucumbers on the treated plants were visually distinguished by uniformity of caliber (consistency in size and shape). In the treated seedlings, in contrast to the control group, the emergence of the first true leaf was recorded. Thus, the treatment demonstrated effective recovery of plants after chemical stress, enhanced vegetative mass growth, and accelerated seedling development – stimulation of true leaf formation.
The business mission of foreign companies to Saratov Oblast was organized by the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization "Export Support Center of Saratov Oblast" with the support of the Ministry of Economic Development of Saratov Oblast, within the framework of the implementation of the national project "International Cooperation and Export."
